Whether you are interested in attending a few hours, or perhaps a mini-workshop, reading, healing, staying a day, or days, perhaps being accommodated at the Lodge, or whatever your ‘interest’…

 

The Gathering – the Meet & Greet 2010 will be the event not to be missed this year!

The weekend event will also see the introduction of our Care-Services through our associated Trust, Gateways Society. The Trustees are senior members of the Forum who are focused on providing holistic and advocacy services initially through internet methods then broadening out into public services.

Where: Waitakere, Auckland.

When: Weekend of 3-6 December, 2010.

Situated in a whole-lodge environment surrounded by Waitakere's natural bush land, parks and beach area, The Gathering 2010 is set to be a wonderful extended weekend of meeting, greeting, socialising, family activities and team-building for members, their families and friends.

Whether you are intended to come along to socialise amongst like-minded people or looking for workshop participation - for your own personal spiritual and physical development (see Workshop Series ) skills building, readings or for well-being needs, this event is offering a

well-rounded set of optional activities to suit.

  • Arrivals from 2 PM Friday, 3 December 2010.
  • Departure by/at Mid-day Monday, 6 December 2010.

 

 The M&G is set out into a 'whole of weekend' optional activities. Aside from some private readings/booked healing) it is devoted to the fun, socialising and well-being we call 'The Gathering'. The schedule of activities will develop over the year according to suggestions, wishes, and speakers/workers changes.

Activity and day passes can be acquired at the event or prior. Accommodation option is for members, their family and friends staying with them, in their room only.

What are Activity Tickets for?

The Meet & Greet is really two different events in one weekend. It is both a Meet & Greet and an opportunity to take part in workshops and other activities. Whether you are coming along for fun and laughter or for workshop participation, you can choose which tickets suit your intent. We have included a number of activity tickets to get you started when you purchase a Day Pass or Weekender Pass. Activity Tickets can be used for: Readings, Healing, workshops, raffles, merchandise and anything else available over the weekend. Tickets can be purchased before or during the weekend. Please note, they are non-refundable but any unused tickets can be used for your choice of raffle entries at the event.

Lodge Accommodation  

This needs to be sorted out for you as soon as possible. There is a maximum number of 46 persons able to be accommodated overnight and a maximum number of rooms available. Lodge accommodation is strictly for financial members, their family and friends staying with them at the lodge, in their rooms. Accommodation is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at very reasonable rates. The final rate will be the amount shown per night +/- $5 per room total once budgets have been completed.

Accommodation from as little as $11.00 Each per night (full chalet room) or your own 1-bedroom hide-away... bargain! Maximum accommodated: 46. Rates shown are estimates (to at least cover the accommodation costs pre-paid for with ARC).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL BOOKINGS...

Accommodation is in addition to SB Event Tickets (SB event tickets are required). Rate shown is per room. The ‘Primary Contact’ (or contacts shared proportionally) will be charged the room rate. There is no minimum number of people required. The above bookings is not a guarantee you will be provided any particular room as there are some natural considerations that take precedence (Special requirements (such as wheelchair occupant); families; working team.). You will receive a GST Tax Invoice for your overall bookings for the event and accommodation. Once invoiced, your room is confirmed. Members, their family and trusted friends only staying with them will be accommodated at the lodge.Rates shown may decrease but will not increase beyond the rates shown above. Persons in credit will be provided Activity Tickets covering such decrease.

DEPOSITS AND DATES

Accommodation: 50% deposit by the end of the last week of September, 2010 with the balance on arrival. Passes, Workshop entry and other tickets: Can be prepaid or paid for at the event. Workshop Entry: There may be a maximum number of spaces in any one or more workshop (or mini-workshop) event. As soon as this is established, information will be provided to you. First in, first served. Paypal and/or Credit Cards: For those wishing to use ‘PAYPAL’ please advise and we will set up a specific paypal screen for your use. For credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) please contact Kevin (Spooknz) directly who will manually process your payment(s) as per your request on the preferred day (or nearest working day thereafter).Balance: Balance payable on arrival. We will have cash/cheque receipting, eftpos, visa, mastercard facilities at the lodge. Please visit the rostered ‘cashier’ in the social room when you arrive (who will also have other information to provide to you). 

Limits of liability: All deposits are non-refundable except at our own discretion should cancellation occur by any means. In addition, should you have booked accommodation and cancel  (a) any refund will be less a 20% fee (which is the fee charged to us by ARC), and (b) not refundable whatsoever within ten weeks of the event.  Balance of accommodation will be charged directly to you should you or we not find other persons willing to book and fully pay for your unit(s).  Additional rules maintained by hosts (Auckland Regional Council) for accommodation and use of the lodge also apply. The Spiritboard and any representative thereof disclaim any liability for the act or lack of act by you, we, us, suppliers, Auckland Regional Council and any other persons involved directly or indirectly. E&OE. Where the venue is cancelled by Auckland Regional Council, any disbursement of refund is proportional after expenses and fees based on any refund provided to us by them. There is absolutely no means of refund within ten weeks of the event.
